I spent over 25 years in investment management helping RIAs and asset managers grow, with leadership roles at firms including Dimensional Fund Advisors, BlackRock, and Barclays Global Investors. Today, I partner with RIA executives and leadership teams navigating their next stage of growth.

Provided insights to McKinsey & Company via an expert network for an alternative asset manager exploring entry into the RIA channel. The engagement focused on sales team structure and how to develop an annual engagement plan for the asset manager. This also resulted in several follow on discussions with McKinsey.

Advised a PE firm evaluating acquisitions in the wealth management and investment management space. The discussion focused on sales-channel structures, virtual engagement models, staffing ratios & strategic growth planning.
